EXT. CURBSIDE IN FRONT OF APARTMENT COMPLEX DAY

TOM arrives at JERRY’S apartment by car. He walks to the door and knocks.

INT. JERRY’S APARTMENT DAY

As Tom walks in.

TOM

Anybody home?

Jerry’s in the bathroom.

JERRY

Hey, what’s going on? I’ll be right out. There’s coffee in the kitchen. Did you get that job?

TOM

No. Did you have any luck?

Jerry walks into the kitchen drying his hair, wearing only his choneys.

JERRY

Pour me a cup too. No, I didn’t do any good either.

Tom pours two cups of coffee.

TOM

Got anything to eat?

JERRY

(Points to pantry)

There’s cereal in the pantry.

TOM

You mind?

JERRY

No, go ahead. I’ll take some too.

Tom fixes two bowls of cereal and starts eating.

JERRY

You have any plans for today?

TOM

No, nothing. Got something you want to do?

JERRY

Yeah. I was thinking about going out to the river with my 8mm and see if I could tape some girls.

TOM

Sounds good to me. I’ll bring mine along too.
